My Health

Hi, my name is Maik. i am doing this size with my fellow Matthias. I am a smoke for since my early teen years.
A friend of mine ask me for a trip uphiils. Why not i said. But climbing several meters my arches and legs hurts extermly.
he ment that this could be come from smoking and being a coach potaoe.....
I had to say: you are right.
I am about to reduce smoking to half. My condition is getting better and better. Hopefully I can quit smoking at all in the near future.
Thinking about the money I am spending on smoking helps me out as my better helth health does.
